Inova的TIROS和传统反光碗哪个效果更好？

TIROS是全反射，反光碗是面反射，哪个汇聚效果更好呢？

<P>全反射损耗率是0吧？面反射怎么也有损耗的。</P>

美国CREE灯珠用TIR透镜效果好，国产流明灯珠用灯杯效果好。
